Activate and Deactivate

Patient Insights questionnaires can be activated or deactivated for specific users.

Activate a questionnaire

To activate a questionnaire for one or more users, use the following endpoint:

  • Endpoint: https://api.withings.com/v2/survey
  • Method: POST
  • Parameters:
    • action: Use "addusers".
    • surveyid: ID of the survey to activate.
    • userids: Array of User IDs.
    • client_id: Client ID.
    • signature: Signature.
    • nonce: Nonce.

Deactivate a questionnaire

To deactivate a questionnaire for specific users, use the following endpoint:

  • Endpoint: https://api.withings.com/v2/survey
  • Method: POST
  • Parameters:
    • action: Use "removeusers".
    • surveyid: ID of the survey to deactivate.
    • userids: Array of User IDs.
    • client_id: Client ID.
    • signature: Signature.
    • nonce: Nonce.
